Cancellation & Return Policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellations
- Orders canceled before 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on the day they are placed will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after the day of purchase, but before fabrication begins, are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
- Once fabrication has begun or an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Warranty
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package or product arrives damaged, do not install it. Contact us immediately with photos of the product, packaging, and any damage so we can make it right.
- If a return is approved, please package the product as closely as possible to the way it was originally shipped to help prevent damage during transit.
- If the return is due to shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, Beyond the Road will provide a return shipping label and repair or replace the product at no cost.
- If the product is returned due to customer damage, misuse, improper installation, or modifications, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the cost of any required repairs or replacement materials.
- Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
